      Are your products certified?

      Most of our range carries ECOCERT COSMOS certification, either COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic, issued by an independent European body. Not a self-declaration. Our formulas, ingredients, and production processes are externally audited against strict ecological and ethical standards. Each product page specifies its certification level.

      What is ECOCERT COSMOS?

      COSMOS (COSMetic Organic and Natural Standard) is the leading international standard for natural and organic cosmetics, developed by five major certification bodies including ECOCERT. Two tiers: COSMOS Natural (at least 95% natural ingredients) and COSMOS Organic (additionally requires a minimum percentage from certified organic farming). Our facility is also ISO 22716:2007 certified for Good Manufacturing Practices.

      What is NOT in your products?

      Our entire range is free from:

      • Parabens, silicones, mineral oils, PEG
      • Chemical UV filters and microplastics
      • Synthetic fragrances and artificial colorants

      We use sodium coco sulfate (SCS) in some formulas. Unlike SLS, SCS is approved by COSMOS and does not penetrate the epidermis.

      Are NUDA products vegan?

      Most of our range is 100% vegan. One exception: Silk Mist contains keratin sourced from ethically obtained sheep wool. All other products contain no animal-derived ingredients. Every product is cruelty-free. No animal testing at any stage, in compliance with EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

      Do your products contain alcohol?

      We do not add drying alcohols to our formulas. Because most of our botanical extracts are produced using alcohol-based extraction methods, trace amounts may be present. A natural consequence of using real, potent plant actives rather than synthetic imitations. Check the INCI list on each product for specifics.

      Are they suitable for sensitive scalp?

      Our formulas are free from parabens, silicones, mineral oils, and synthetic fragrances, which makes them generally well-tolerated. All products are gluten-free and nut-free. That said, natural formulas with high botanical concentrations can still cause reactions in very sensitive individuals. Review the INCI list before first use, and consult a healthcare provider if pregnant or breastfeeding.

      Are they suitable for children?

      Our formulas are professional-grade with a high concentration of botanical actives, designed for adult hair. We recommend ages 12 and up for a safe and effective experience.

      Do products contain natural fragrances?

      Yes. We do not use synthetic fragrances. All fragrance compositions are 100% vegan, curated using natural aromatic substances with no phosphates or synthetic preservatives. Some products contain natural allergens such as Limonene, Linalool, or Geraniol, clearly disclosed on each INCI label.

      How long does delivery take?
